Photo or Video: What Changes
A photo swap costs 15 credits and finishes in seconds. A video swap costs 20 credits because every frame is detected, swapped and re-encoded; most clips finish in 1 to 5 minutes. The original audio track is kept in the finished video.
Quality Controls You Can Actually Use
Enhance face detail sharpens the swapped face. The frame enhancer upscales the whole frame. Pixel boost raises the resolution the swap is computed at: videos start at 256×256 and photos at 512×512, and both go up to 1024×1024. Higher settings cost more GPU time per frame, so they allow shorter videos: at 1024×1024 the limit is 120 seconds, or 36 seconds with an enhancer on.
Choose Which Face Gets Swapped
By default the tool picks the largest face in the first frame and swaps that same person throughout the clip, leaving everyone else untouched. Set Selector mode to "many" in the advanced options to replace every detected face with your source face. Occlusion masking keeps hands, hair and objects that pass in front of the face on top of the swap.

Free results carry a small aideepfake.io watermark and run on the default face swap model. Any purchase, a credit pack or a subscription, lets you switch the watermark off and unlocks the other face swap and enhancer models in the advanced options.

Is the AI face swap free to use?
Every new visitor gets 15 credits once, the moment the tool loads — no signup, no email, no card — which covers one photo face swap. A free account then adds 15 credits every day. A photo face swap costs 15 credits and a video face swap costs 20 credits, so a video needs purchased credits on top of the daily 15. If a swap fails, the credits are refunded automatically.
What file types are supported?
The source face must be an image (JPG, PNG, or WebP). The target can be an image up to 10MB or a video (MP4, MOV, WebM) up to 100MB.
How long does a video face swap take?
It depends on the video length and the settings. Most clips finish in 1 to 5 minutes; long clips with face enhancement or high-detail settings can take up to 10 minutes. You can keep the page open while it processes.
Why does my result look blurry?
Low-resolution targets limit the output quality. Enable the face enhancement option to sharpen the swapped face, and use the highest-quality source photo you have.
Is it legal to swap faces?
Face swapping is legal for personal, creative, and entertainment use with consent. Do not use this tool to impersonate people, create misleading content, or swap faces of anyone without their permission.
What happens to my uploaded files?
Files are stored on our secure cloud storage and used only to process your swap. They are not shared with third parties and are never used for AI training.
What is the difference between a photo and a video AI face swap?
A photo swap processes one image, costs 15 credits and finishes in seconds. A video swap costs 20 credits because the AI detects and swaps the face on every frame, then re-encodes the clip with its original audio; it usually takes 1 to 5 minutes.
How long can my video be?
Up to 300 seconds (5 minutes) with the default settings and both enhancers off. With Enhance face detail or the frame enhancer on, the limit is 90 seconds. Raising pixel boost shortens both limits: at 1024×1024 they are 120 and 36 seconds. Video files can be up to 100MB. The tool checks the length as soon as you pick the video and tells you if it is over the limit for your settings.
Will my result have a watermark?
Free results carry a small aideepfake.io watermark. After any purchase, a one-time credit pack or a subscription, you can turn the watermark switch off for every swap.
Can it swap more than one face?
