Do I get any free credits?

Yes. Every new visitor gets 15 credits once, the moment the tool loads, with no signup — enough for one image swap. A free account can also claim 10 check-in credits a day; they pay toward image and video swaps, expire at 00:00 UTC, and need 5 purchased credits to complete an image swap or 10 to complete a video swap. The smallest pack is 200 credits for $11.99, which covers thirteen image swaps at 15 credits each or ten video swaps at 20 credits each. Pack credits never expire, so a pack you buy today still works months from now.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

Unused subscription credits roll over to the next month up to a cap: 1,200 on Starter, 12,000 on Pro and 24,000 on Ultra. Any balance above the cap is trimmed at renewal. Pack credits never expire and are not affected by caps.

Question 3

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

You keep your plan benefits until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, remaining subscription credits expire, and any purchased pack credits stay in your account untouched.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, anytime. When you upgrade, the new plan's monthly credits and rollover cap apply immediately. When you downgrade, your current plan stays active until the next renewal, and the new plan starts from that date.

What does any purchase unlock?

Every paid subscription and credit pack unlocks the same two things: a switch that turns off the aideepfake.io watermark, which stays on until you turn it off, and the full list of swap and enhancer models beyond the free default. Processing speed and video length limits are the same for every user.

Do purchased credit packs expire?

Accepted Answer

No. Pack credits never expire and work with or without a subscription. They stack on top of any plan and are only spent after your subscription credits are used up.

How is the credit cost of a job calculated?

Each AI tool lists its cost in credits. A face swap costs 15 credits on an image and 20 credits on a video, whether the source face is one you uploaded or one from the celebrity library. Subscription credits are spent first, then pack credits. Failed generations are refunded automatically.

What happens if my renewal payment fails?

We retry the charge automatically. If payment keeps failing, the subscription is paused: you keep your pack credits, and your plan benefits resume as soon as a payment succeeds.

What is your refund policy?

Subscription fees for the current billing period and credit packs that have been partially used are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong with your purchase, contact support within 7 days and we will make it right.

Which tools cost credits and which are free?

Accepted Answer

AI tools that run on our GPUs, such as face swap, cost credits per job. Local tools that run entirely in your browser, like compress, convert and crop, are free and unlimited on every plan, including a free account.
