What to Write About

Support

A job that failed, a charge you did not expect, a result that came out wrong. Include your account email and, if you have it, the task ID shown in the tool. Failed jobs refund credits automatically — if yours did not, tell us and we will fix the balance.

Corrections

Every guide on this site carries a publication date, a last-reviewed date, and links to its sources. If a page states something wrong, point at the sentence. We correct the page and move the review date rather than quietly deleting it.

Takedown Requests

If content made with this tool depicts you and you want it removed, write to the same address with a link or a description. You do not need a lawyer to ask. Sexual or deceptive use of a real likeness is already banned by our Terms of Service, and we act on reports.

Privacy and Data

Requests to export or delete your account data go to the same address. What we store and for how long is set out in the Privacy Policy.
